TMS Cardiff Gas Ltd. expands presence in the LPG sector: Newbuilding orders and long term timecharter contracts

Athens, Greece - December 3, 2015 - TMS Cardiff Gas Ltd. is pleased to announce the exercise of two options held with Hyundai Heavy Industries of Korea for the construction of an additional two 78,700 cbm LPG carriers.

Both vessels are scheduled for delivery in Q4 2017, when they will enter into ten year timecharter contracts with Clearlake Shipping Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Gunvor Group.

The vessels will be tradeable across both, the new and old Panama canal, and will be built to the highest industry specifications, as per TMS Cardiff Gas standards.

These orders mark the Group's further expansion into the LPG sector, currently with a fleet of four VLGCs, all with secured term employment upon delivery. The Group maintains its appetite for further growth in the sector, which is reflected in additional capacity made available by HHI.

Athens, Greece - October 2, 2015 - TMS Cardiff Gas Ltd. has signed a contract with Hyundai Heavy Industries of Korea for the construction of two 78,700 cbm LPG carriers with the option to build another two. The vessels are scheduled for delivery in Q2 and Q3 2017, when they will enter into timecharter contracts with Shell International Trading and Shipping Company, Limited. The vessels will be able to transit the new and old Panama canal, providing for increased flexibility compared to the market's current VLGC fleet and will be built to the highest industry specifications.
These orders mark the Group's successful entry into the LPG sector, which further grows its already significantly diversified global shipping fleet.
